            Loan report showed 24.45 myn bu of wheat still under loan with Washington/ Idaho each still sitting on about 2.25 myn bu, while there is 152,000 bu in Oregon. On corn, 528 myn bu still remain, even after about 46 myn of redemptions last week.

Major improvements to this years wheat crop has allowed the Moroccan gov’t to RE-impose massive import tariffs on wheat. Effective for the 2009-10 crop year, they will put a 135% tariff on soft wheats and 170% tariff on Durum.
